The State of Maryland and Prince George’s County are still gaining jobs every month and the economy continues to grow. However, as I speak with constituents, it is still very clear that many people are still in need of jobs.I know from our conversations when I knock on your doors or see you at community events that many of you are still struggling to find appropriate employment. I wanted to let you know about an event happening this week in Prince George’s County. On July 13^th, The Prince George’s County Economic Development Commission is hosting, with the One Stop Career Center, an event with over 50 entities offering over 200 free workforce training and programs helping Prince George’s County residents increase their skills and gain employment.
